Delivery

Each Bijou Celeste piece is individually handcrafted to order, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Production takes up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on design complexity and material availability.

Once complete, your order will be dispatched via insured, tracked delivery:

UK Orders: Delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch. Up to 4 weeks for production. 

International Orders: Delivered within 5–10 working days, subject to customs clearance. Up to 4 weeks for production. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your piece has been shipped.
Please note that Bijou Celeste is not responsible for courier delays, customs fees, or import duties after dispatch.

Returns

Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for bespoke or personalized jewelry, including engraved or resized items.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bijouceleste.uk@hotmail.com.

We’ll assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:

Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care is not covered.

All repair decisions are at the discretion of Bijou Celeste after inspection.
