1. Overview

Welcome to Bijou Celeste. By placing an order through our website or any associated sales channel, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Bespoke Nature of Our Products

All Bijou Celeste pieces are handcrafted to order and made according to each client’s specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
This includes any custom-made items, engraved pieces, or items altered to your size or design preferences.

3. Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please review all details carefully (metal type, stone choice, ring size, etc.) and notify us immediately of any errors.
We reserve the right to decline an order if materials are unavailable or if we believe the order cannot be fulfilled to our quality standards.

4. Production Time

As each piece is individually crafted, production may take up to 4 weeks before dispatch. We will notify you once your item has been shipped.

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as materials and labour are committed at that stage. In certain cases, and at our discretion, cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of order placement.

6. Returns and Repairs

As all items are bespoke, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer error.
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Delivery

All orders are sent via insured, tracked delivery for peace of mind. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. Risk passes to you once the item has been delivered.

8. Jewellery Care

Proper care ensures longevity of your piece. Bijou Celeste is not responsible for wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues resulting from improper handling or cleaning.

9. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before production begins.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and written content on the Bijou Celeste website are the property of Bijou Celeste and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Liability

Bijou Celeste’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
